We are looking for a dedicated Visa Counselor to assist students in securing visas for studying abroad The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of visa processes for countries like the USA UK Canada Australia and Europe and should be able to guide students with accurate updated and country-specific documentation requirements Key Responsibilities Provide end-to-end guidance to students on visa application procedures and documentation Review and verify all visa-related documents for accuracy and completeness Stay updated with current visa rules embassy guidelines and any changes in international student policies Assist students in preparing for visa interviews and mock sessions Coordinate with students parents universities and embassy officials as needed Follow up with students for pending documents or updates during the visa process Maintain records and data in CRM tools and generate reports when required Help resolve student queries related to visas health insurance accommodation and pre-departure requirements Key Skills Requirements Bachelor s degree in any field education counseling background preferred Solid understanding of international education systems and visa norms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Prior experience with student visa counseling is an advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Schedule Day shift Work Location Remote
