About StylGROUP StylGROUP is a one-of-a-kind Supply Chain Solutions company serving the fashion lifestyle and home industries With teams across India and China we support brands with end-to-end solutions from design and development to sourcing production control and documentation helping businesses scale with agility and precision Role Overview We are hiring a Production Merchandising Coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination across product development production tracking and logistics The role requires strong follow-ups documentation skills and coordination with clients internal teams and factories Key Responsibilities 1 Merchandising Client Coordination Manage approvals samples tech packs trims artwork Coordinate with designers to finalize tech packs and mock-ups Create style items in PLM assign codes and maintain product data Prepare Sales Orders and follow up with factories on quotes timelines Raise Purchase Orders and maintain all style documentation 2 Production Coordination Factory-Facing Follow up with factories on sample status and production progress Track production schedules and highlight delays Review samples pre-production pieces before client approval Ensure timely handover of fabrics trims artwork approvals to factories 3 Logistics Import Coordination Coordinate domestic international shipments Review shipping documents PL CI BL courier docs Prepare basic dispatch documentation when required Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery Manage inward outward movement of samples fabric trims finished goods Maintain basic inventory records 4 Documentation Reporting Maintain trackers for production quality dispatch sampling trims Update data in PLM Project management tools and internal systems Provide transparent daily weekly updates to management Keep records organized on Google Drive Dropbox Skills Qualifications 2-4 years in merchandising production coordination logistics or imports fashion apparel home Basic understanding of tech packs product development fabrics trims Strong communication and follow-up skills with factories clients Highly organized detail-oriented and process-driven Proficient in Excel Word Sheets experience with PLM ERP systems is a plus Education Bachelor s degree in Fashion Textiles Apparel Production Commerce or related fields How to Apply Share your resume at careers stylsmyth com Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
