Department Design Location Bandra Experience Required Minimum 2 Years Reporting To Senior Architect Employment Type Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect with at least 2 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry The ideal candidate should possess strong design sensibilities technical drawing skills and a willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support architectural planning and execution across ongoing and upcoming projects Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing conceptual schematic and detailed design drawings for residential and commercial real estate projects Develop and update technical drawings working drawings construction details and 3D visualizations Coordinate with internal departments including engineering MEP landscape planning procurement and project management teams Collaborate with external consultants vendors and contractors for design documentation and approvals Support preparation of BOQ Bill of Quantities design presentations material selection and specifications Conduct site visits to verify design execution and support resolution of design-related queries during construction Assist in ensuring all designs comply with local building codes municipal norms and RERA regulatory requirements Participate in client meetings documentation and project reporting where required Required Skills Competencies Strong understanding of architectural design principles Knowledge of real estate construction standards planning guidelines Attention to detail and good visual spatial awareness Excellent time management and task ownership Collaboration communication skills Technical Skill Requirements Software proficiency required AutoCAD Advanced SketchUp Revit BIM Intermediate preferred Photoshop Illustrator Good working knowledge MS Office Excel PowerPoint Knowledge of construction drawings interior layouts approval drawings and DCR norms Education Bachelor s degree in Architecture B Arch from a recognized institution Council of Architecture COA registration preferred but not mandatory Job Type Full time Pay 350 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year
