- Accounts Receivable Associate Location De Mandarin Hotel Resorts Candolim Goa Department Finance Accounts Position Accounts Receivable Associate Employment Type Full-Time About Us De Mandarin Hotel Resorts located in the heart of Candolim Goa is committed to delivering exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Associate to join our Finance team and support the smooth functioning of daily billing and collections operations Key Responsibilities Manage daily billing operations and ensure accurate posting of charges Prepare and send invoices to guests travel agents corporate clients and other business partners Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection Reconcile guest ledger and city ledger accounts regularly Maintain updated records of all receivables and ensure proper documentation Coordinate with Front Office Sales and other departments to resolve billing discrepancies Process credit card payments verify approvals and reconcile transactions Prepare aging reports and assist with monthly closing activities Ensure compliance with hotel accounting policies and financial standards Support the Finance Manager in audits and other reporting requirements Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting Finance or a related field Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable preferably in the hospitality industry Strong understanding of basic accounting principles Proficiency in MS Excel and hotel PMS accounting software e g IDS Opera or similar Excellent communication and follow-up skills High attention to detail accuracy and the ability to handle multiple tasks Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Professional growth and career development opportunities A supportive and collaborative work setting Opportunity to work with a reputed hotel brand in Goa Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
