- General Manager Human Resources Department Human Resources Location Sector 83 Vatika Experience Required 8-10 Years Industry Preference Logistics preferred Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and strategic General Manager - Human Resources to lead the HR function across multiple locations The ideal candidate must have solid experience in compliance recruitment payroll liasioning P L handling and business development within a fast-paced operational environment preferably in the logistics industry Key Responsibilities 1 HR Operations Leadership Lead and manage HR teams for multi-location operations Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals Oversee HR departmental budgeting and Profit Loss P L management Drive HR operational excellence productivity and cost efficiency 2 Recruitment Talent Acquisition Oversee end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles Manage campus hiring walk-ins and manpower planning Build strong talent pipelines as per business requirements 3 Payroll Compliance Oversee monthly payroll processing with 100 accuracy Ensure complete compliance with PF ESIC Bonus Gratuity Shops Establishment Act and all other statutory laws Liaison with government departments auditors and external agencies 4 Policy Documentation Develop update and implement HR policies as per government norms and company requirements Ensure compliance across all sites and maintain HR audit readiness Handle employee grievances disciplinary actions and IR matters 5 Liasioning External Coordination Coordinate with legal teams government authorities labour departments and consultants Manage statutory inspections renewals and compliance documentation 6 Business Development Strategic Initiatives Contribute to business development and expansion activities Align HR strategies with business growth plans Support the operational team in driving productivity metrics and KPI improvements 7 Performance Management Training Implement robust performance management systems Identify capability gaps and drive training and development initiatives Key Requirements 8-10 years of strong HR experience preferably in logistics or operations-heavy industries Excellent understanding of HR operations statutory compliance and labour laws Strong skills in P L handling budgeting and manpower cost planning Advanced proficiency in MS Office Excel PowerPoint Reporting Dashboards Strong business development mindset and analytical thinking Excellent communication leadership and people management skills Ability to manage high-pressure environments and multi-location teams Education MBA in Human Resources mandatory Additional certifications in labour law compliance or analytics will be an added advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 75 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Application Question s What is current monthly in hand salary What is your monthly expected ctc We want to start this position on urgent Are you an immediate joiner Do you have the knowledge of profit and loss management Education Master s Required Experience Human resources management 5 years Required Location Gurugram Haryana Required Work Location In person
