About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Chartered Accountant specializing in Indirect Taxation to manage all GST-related compliance audits advisory and litigation The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in GST laws indirect tax planning audit handling and interaction with GST authorities Key Responsibilities GST Compliance Reporting -Expiriance 2-4 years - Oversee filing of GST returns GSTR-1 3B 9 9C and reconciliation statements - Ensure accurate maintenance of input tax credit ITC and monthly reconciliation - Review GST payments challans e-invoice and e-way bill compliance Indirect Tax Advisory - Advise management on GST implications of business transactions - Evaluate tax impact on procurement sales imports exports and contracts - Implement indirect tax-efficient strategies within the legal framework GST Audits Assessments - Manage GST departmental audits investigations and queries - Draft replies to notices and coordinate with consultants - Handle GST assessments appeals and litigation matters Internal Controls Process Improvements - Strengthen internal GST controls and documentation processes - Ensure proper classification of goods services and correct tax structure - Coordinate with finance supply chain to ensure consistent compliance Compliance Monitoring - Stay updated on GST amendments circulars and case laws - Drive implementation of regulatory changes across departments Key Skills Required - Robust knowledge of GST law compliance and tax accounting - Experience in GST audits assessments and litigation - Excellent analytical interpretation and documentation skills - Good communication leadership and stakeholder management abilities - Experience with ERP systems such as SAP Tally Preferred Background - Experience in manufacturing industrial corporate setups - Exposure to import export GST SEZ STPI and refund procedures - Experience handling GST notices and departmental queries independently Job Type Full-time Pay 800 000 00 - 1 300 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Work Location In person
