Job Title Telecaller Company Real Beez Pvt Ltd Location Madhapur Hyderabad Employment Type Full-time We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our dynamic team at Real Beez Pvt Ltd The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients explaining our real estate offerings and generating leads to support the sales team Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain real estate projects and investment opportunities Maintain a daily call log and update lead information in the CRM system Follow up on inquiries and convert them into site visits or qualified leads Coordinate with the sales team for meetings and client follow-ups Handle incoming calls answer queries and provide accurate project details Achieve daily weekly monthly targets for calls leads and conversions Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive command of English Hindi and Telugu preferred Confident proactive and persuasive attitude Basic computer and CRM handling skills Prior experience in real estate telecalling or sales is an added advantage Qualifications Minimum 10 2 or Graduation in any stream Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome Salary Benefits Salary 15 000 - 20 000 per month based on experience Incentives Attractive performance-based incentives Other Benefits Training rewards and career growth opportunities Working Hours 10 00 AM - 6 00 PM 6 days a week Job Type Full-time Pay 20 433 69 - 25 966 71 per month Work Location In person
