Autism Center of Excellence is a Premier Autism Therapy Center located in Durham North Carolina USA We offer ABA Therapy to children from 2 years to 16 years of age in a child-centered family-oriented workplace We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Coordinator to manage and scale our human resources function across India This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently lead recruitment onboarding compliance employee engagement and HR policy implementation Key Responsibilities Night shift Own the entire employee journey from hiring and onboarding to engagement performance and smooth offboarding You ll be the person who ensures every team member has a meaningful experience Build and refine HR policies and SOPs that align with Indian labor laws while supporting a modern people-first culture Manage essential HR documentation such as offer letters contracts and compliance reports with accuracy and care Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory processes PF ESIC compliance filings in collaboration with finance and external partners Track HR metrics and maintain organized employee records ensuring readiness for audits and decision-making Partner with leadership to strengthen organizational development and support strategic workforce planning Oversee HR tools and systems to maintain clean updated and efficient employee data Serve as a trusted HR partner by addressing employee concerns and helping cultivate a positive inclusive work environment Required Qualifications Must be willing to work in night shift 2-3 years of HR experience including at least 2 years in a senior role Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws payroll processes and statutory compliance Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across teams Experience supporting remote or distributed teams Bachelor s or Master s degree in HR Business Administration or a related field Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms like Zoho People Keka Darwinbox etc Background in startups or fast-growing companies Familiarity with AI tools or HR process automations e g Zoho Recruit ChatGPT Notion Why You ll Love Working With Us Be part of a growing organization where your ideas and initiatives truly matter Shape the HR structure culture and employee experience from the ground up Work with supportive leadership and a collaborative growth-oriented team Gain exposure to modern HR systems and global best practices Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 550 000 00 per year Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
