Requisition ID190956 Date posted11 19 2025 Work Location ModelOn-site Flex Work LocationBangalore-IN-Bangalore Work CountryIndiaThe group you ll be a part of In the Global Products Group we are dedicated to excellence in the design and engineering of Lam s etch and deposition products We drive innovation to ensure our cutting-edge solutions are helping to solve the biggest challenges in the semiconductor industry What You ll Do Lead mentor and manage a high-performing team of Electrical Engineers Lead Engineers and Consultants engaged in electrical design product engineering and documentation for Etch products Oversee the design development enhancement and evaluation of complex subsystems comprising electrical electromechanical RF and electronic components down to discrete circuit and component-level selection Spearhead talent acquisition onboarding training and continuous capability development through coaching mentoring and structured skill-building initiatives Foster a culture of excellence by managing employee performance recognizing achievements and implementing retention strategies for top talent Define and drive design strategies analyse system performance provide technical guidance to team members in interpreting design intent selecting critical OEM components that meet functional and reliability requirements Own and deliver high-quality Electrical and RF system designs and documentation ensuring adherence to project timelines and performance expectations Ensure all engineering documentation complies with global industry standards internal Lam standards and best engineering practices Collaborate effectively with Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Managers across India and the U S supporting multiple Lam Product Groups to achieve shared goals and deliverables The Impact You ll Make As a Electrical Manager at Lam you will operate on cutting-edge technology harnessing atomic precision material science and surface engineering to push technical boundaries Your role involves defining equipment hardware to meet processing requirements developing new and advanced design methodogies evaluating test data and coordinating design requirements to ensure compatibility of processing methods Your expertise and knowledge play a crucial role to our customers success making an impact on the next generation of semiconductor breakthroughs Who we re looking for Years of Experience Minimum 14 years of experience and up to 18 years Educational qualification Bachelor Master s in Electrical Engineering -
