Location Ahmedabad Experience 1-3 years Conduct in-process pre-dispatch and final inspection of packaging machines and assemblies Inspect mechanical pneumatic and electrical components used in packaging machinery Verify machine performance parameters as per design and quality standards Review engineering drawings BOM and specifications to ensure inspection accuracy Identify quality deviations and coordinate with Production Design and Purchase teams Prepare QC documentation inspection reports NCR reports test results and compliance checklists Conduct incoming material inspections and ensure supplier quality compliance Support root-cause analysis corrective actions CAPA and continuous improvement activities Ensure adherence to GMP ISO 9001 and other relevant packaging machine quality standards Assist in customer FAT Factory Acceptance Test and internal audits
