Job Title Operations Executive Location Dadar Mumbai Company Cubix Digital Solutions About the Company Cubix Digital Solutions is a quick-growing back-office and operations partner for Apex Jewellers Limited a UK- and Ireland-based jewellery group that operates three leading retail brands - Diamond Heaven Shining Diamonds and Diamond Quarter - with 15 retail stores 3 websites and a total team of over 100 professionals across the UK Ireland and India With offices in Mumbai and Hyderabad Cubix supports end-to-end operations including order management supplier coordination logistics and customer support for Apex Jewellers Position Overview We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our Mumbai team This is a hands-on multi-functional role that supports our UK Ireland teams by managing jewellery orders coordinating with suppliers and ensuring smooth daily operations from our India office Key Responsibilities Handle and process jewellery orders placed by the UK Ireland teams Assign orders to suppliers and follow up regularly for production and delivery timelines Liaise with suppliers for updates clarifications and issue resolution Coordinate with sales team members to gather missing order details and provide status updates Print jewellery certificates and prepare necessary export documentation Maintain internal systems and dashboards for accurate order tracking Support export and logistics coordination Contribute to process improvement and team efficiency initiatives Take ownership of daily tasks and collaborate closely with team members in India and overseas Handle additional administrative or operational tasks as required Requirements Strong communication skills in English written and verbal Good computer proficiency including Excel and document handling Experience with ERP systems or order management software is a plus Prior experience in operations supply chain or administrative roles preferred Well-organized proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously Jewellery industry experience is an added advantage but not mandatory Work Schedule Monday to Friday 12 00 PM to 8 30 PM on-site at Dadar office Saturday Work from home Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work from home Work Location In person
