Job description About Us CADD Centre Training Services is Asia s largest network of skill development institutes in CAD CAM and CAE With a presence in over 30 countries we empower students and professionals with industry-relevant technical training Our Anna Nagar branch is looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Job Placement officer to join our growing team As a key member of our organization you will play a vital role in connecting job seekers with their ideal career opportunities and helping companies find the top talent they need to succeed If you have a passion for helping people reach their full potential and a drive to make a positive impact in the world of work this is the chance for you Employer Relations Identify new placement opportunities and maintain an updated database of employer contacts Coordinate employer visits and campus recruitment drives Student Support Assist students in career planning and job search strategies Conduct resume workshops mock interviews and other preparatory sessions Provide one-on-one counseling to help students identify and pursue career goals Placement Activities Organize and manage on-campus and off-campus placement events Coordinate with academic departments to align placement activities with curriculum and student needs Track and report on placement statistics including job offers Administrative Duties Maintain records of student placements Prepare and disseminate placement-related reports to Management Manage placement budgets and ensure efficient use of resources Roles and Responsibilities Able to drive sales by gaining more admissions Able to coordinate with trainers college HOD placement officers in conducting workshops IT trainings and sign MOU with colleges to attract more students from colleges joining Have good communication Skills to talk to IT companies Hr to sign MOU for placement of students Ability to talk to vendors and partners as and when required Able to recruit schedule interviews with trainers Able to increase the brand value with latest trends and networking Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
