Job Title Sales Team Lead Location Thane Experience Minimum 5 years with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role Overview We are looking for a dynamic results-driven Sales Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of Tele Sales Executives targeting international markets This role combines leadership strategic planning and hands-on sales expertise to drive revenue growth and optimize team performance Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Motivate guide and coach the tele sales team to achieve individual and collective targets Conduct daily huddles weekly reviews and ongoing training Sales Strategy Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute lead-generation campaigns Monitor KPIs and analyze trends to identify opportunities Lead Generation Prospecting Oversee multi-channel outreach calls emails social media and personally handle high-value or complex prospects Client Engagement Support the team in understanding client needs creating proposals and negotiating deals Ensure seamless coordination with internal departments for service delivery and invoicing Reporting Administration Maintain accurate CRM data track performance metrics and present regular reports to senior management Ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups Requirements Experience 5 years in sales with at least 1-2 years leading a team Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Strong leadership coaching and communication skills Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite Exposure to international sales processes preferred Desired Skills Goal-oriented and self-motivated Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment Job Type Full time Pay 50 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund
