We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor Male only to oversee daily operations at project sites The role involves coordinating workers ensuring safety standards monitoring progress and ensuring that projects are completed on time within budget and according to quality requirements Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage all site activities to ensure smooth operations Allocate tasks to workers and monitor performance Ensure compliance with safety regulations company policies and project specifications Coordinate with project managers engineers and contractors Monitor material usage and maintain proper inventory control Inspect work progress and ensure quality standards are met Prepare and submit daily weekly site reports Resolve in office issues and escalate major concerns to management Ensure that tools machinery and equipment are properly maintained Foster a productive and safe work environment Qualifications Skills Required Degree or Diploma in Interior Design Civil Engineering or related field 1-3 years of experience in site supervision or related roles Strong teamwork leadership and communication skills High attention to detail with a strong sense of responsibility Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve on-site challenges effectively Intersted candidates may share your resume to recruitment profandvayalat in or (phone hidden) Whatsapp only Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
