We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment specifically in bulk hiring for voice non-voice BPO or similar roles The ideal candidate should be well-versed in high-volume sourcing screening and onboarding with some exposure to basic HR operations Willingness to work in night shift is essential for this role Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO customer service and operational roles bulk hiring Source candidates through various channels such as job portals social media references and internal databases Conduct telephonic screenings schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers Manage walk-ins job drives and mass recruitment activities as needed Maintain recruitment trackers candidate databases and hiring reports Ensure a smooth onboarding process by coordinating with internal stakeholders Provide regular updates on hiring status to reporting managers Assist in basic HR operations tasks as needed offer letter generation documentation follow-up etc Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring guidelines Support employee queries related to hiring and joining formalities Key Skills Competencies Solid experience in bulk hiring high-volume recruitment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of sourcing strategies and candidate engagement Familiarity with ATS tools Excel trackers and job portals e g Naukri Indeed Basic understanding of HR operations and onboarding Ability to work independently and manage tight timelines Comfortable working in a night shift mandatory Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or any relevant field Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience preferably in BPO or volume hiring Prior exposure to basic HR coordination or documentation is a plus Work Schedule Night Shift 5 days working rotational off - as applicable If you are interested please write to jinisha narith co with your updated resume Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
