Work Experience 3-4 years in a non-software product-based company Full Time Part Time Full Time Service Location Bangalore About the Role We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for our drone product lines This strategic role involves direct coordination with internal teams across hardware and software engineering production sales after-sales and quality assurance The Senior Program Manager will report directly to the CEO and play a pivotal role in aligning cross-functional activities with business goals and customer expectations Roles and Responsibilities Major Duties Lead and manage drone development programs from concept through delivery including planning execution risk mitigation and closure Coordinate cross-functional teams including hardware and software engineering production sales after-sales and quality Collaborate with the CEO and leadership to define program goals success-metrics and roadmaps Ensure alignment between engineering deliverables and market customer requirements Drive product lifecycle management including launches enhancements and phase-outs Monitor progress against schedule budget and quality standards Identify and resolve program risks and bottlenecks proactively Act as the central point of contact for program-level communication and status reporting Foster collaboration and continuous improvement among cross-functional teams Support post-launch performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives Experience qualifications skills required Bachelor s degree in engineering Business or a related field Master s preferred 3-4 years of program project management experience in a non-software product-based company preferably in aerospace defence robotics or consumer electronics Proven experience coordinating across technical and non-technical teams Strong understanding of product lifecycle management in hardware-centric environments Excellent stakeholder management communication and organizational skills Working knowledge of program management tools and methodologies Agile Waterfall etc Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Traits Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence across levels Problem-solver with a bias for action and decision-making Job Type Full time Pay 1 600 000 00 - 2 000 000 00 per year Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
