Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Fabrication Supervisor with robust knowledge of technical drawings and Auto Cad The ideal candidate will oversee fabrication shop activities interpret engineering drawings and ensure production quality and efficiency in line with project specifications Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate fabrication shop floor activities Read and interpret technical drawings and Auto Cad files for production Allocate tasks to fabrication staff and ensure deadlines are met Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols Collaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve drawing or production issues Monitor material usage minimize waste and maintain inventory levels Train and guide team members on fabrication processes and best practices Maintain daily production and performance reports Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
