Position Title Wedding Planner Location Hauz Khas Company Wedding Artistry Job Type Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and creative Wedding Planner to join our team The Wedding Planner will be responsible for assisting couples in planning and executing their perfect wedding day This role requires excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Key Responsibilities Client Consultation Meet with clients to understand their vision preferences budget and requirements for their wedding day Planning and Coordination Develop comprehensive wedding plans including timelines budgets vendor arrangements and logistics Vendor Management Research negotiate and book vendors such as venues caterers florists photographers and entertainment Budget Management Assist clients in managing their wedding budget providing cost-saving recommendations and tracking expenses Event Design Work with clients to design the overall aesthetic and theme of the wedding including color schemes decor and layouts Day-of Coordination Oversee the wedding day activities ensuring everything runs smoothly and addressing any issues that arise Contract Management Review and manage all vendor contracts ensuring terms and conditions are met Client Support Provide continuous support and updates to clients throughout the planning process addressing any concerns or questions Trend Research Stay updated on the latest wedding trends and industry best practices to provide innovative ideas and solutions Job Type Full time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Experience Events management 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
