We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site In-charge to oversee the maintenance repair and construction of college buildings infrastructure and facilities The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders Key Responsibilities 1 Maintenance and Repair Oversee the maintenance and repair of college buildings infrastructure and facilities including electrical plumbing HVAC and civil systems 2 Construction and Renovation Manage construction and renovation projects including planning budgeting and execution 3 Facilities Management Ensure that college facilities are safe secure and well-maintained 4 Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and codes related to building construction and maintenance 5 Budgeting and Cost Control Manage budgets and control costs for maintenance repair and construction projects 6 Stakeholder Management Liaise with college administrators faculty staff and students to understand their needs and concerns 7 Team Management Supervise and manage a team of maintenance staff contractors and consultants Requirements 1 Qualifications Diploma degree in Civil Engineering 2 Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in construction maintenance or facilities management 3 Skills - Strong technical knowledge of building systems and construction methods - Excellent communication interpersonal and project management skills - Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD and project management software Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Perks Leave encashment Paid sick time Work Location In person
