Job Title Interior Project Manager Department Interior Design Project Management Location Mumbai Jaipur Reporting To Senior Project Manager Director of Interiors Job Summary The Interior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion This role involves coordinating with clients designers contractors and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget while maintaining the highest quality standards Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of interior projects from planning budgeting and scheduling to execution and handover Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements design preferences and project goals Liaise with design teams to ensure that concepts align with client expectations and practical site conditions Oversee site activities including material procurement contractor coordination and quality checks Ensure all work complies with relevant safety regulations building codes and standards Track project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during project execution Manage project budgets and control costs Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards Review and approve drawings materials and samples as needed Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Interior Design Architecture Civil Engineering or related field Proven experience 4-7 years in managing interior design or fit-out projects Strong understanding of design principles construction methods and materials Excellent project management and organizational skills Proficient in project management tools e g MS Project Primavera and design software e g AutoCAD SketchUp Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Job Type Full time Pay 50 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month
