arise About the team Our team consists of skilled and experienced professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality work in cloud migration DevOps FinOps datacenter migrations AD migration and Infrastructure security across multi-cloud Serve as the final escalation point for complex Microsoft 365-related incidents problems and service requests Analyze diagnose and resolve critical issues impacting the availability and performance of Microsoft 365 services Design and implement advanced configurations in Microsoft Exchange Online including hybrid deployments and advanced mail flow scenarios Perform mailbox migrations and implement high-availability solutions Lead the resolution of complex issues related to SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business including data governance compliance and custom solutions Provide guidance on optimal SharePoint architecture and document management strategies Architect and optimize Microsoft Teams environments for large-scale collaboration and communication Troubleshoot and resolve complex audio video conferencing and integration issues in Teams Architect and implement advanced identity and access management solutions using Azure Active Directory Premium features Provide expertise in Conditional Access Privileged Identity Management PIM and Azure AD Connect configurations Design implement and manage advanced security measures within Microsoft 365 including Data Loss Prevention DLP Advanced Threat Protection ATP and Azure Information Protection Lead security incident response activities and investigations Design and implement complex Mobile Device Management MDM policies for a diverse range of devices Skilled with Microsoft Entra ID Entra Connect Azure AD DS and related technologies Designing and implementing IDAM policies to ensure secure and efficient user access management Proficiency in Entra ID including advanced configurations for conditional access identity protection and single sign-on SSO Robust knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including Teams OneDrive SharePoint and their integration with other Microsoft and third-party tools Proven experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager including device lifecycle management and application deployment Experience with Windows Autopilot for provisioning and managing Windows devices in a zero-touch deployment model Expertise in co-management strategies integrating Intune with Configuration Manager SCCM Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint for security threat detection and remediation Knowledge of monitoring and reporting tools within Intune and Endpoint Manager to track device compliance and health Experience implementing mobile application management MAM policies for BYOD environments Familiarity with managing macOS and Linux devices in enterprise environments using Intune or equivalent tools Experience with Apple Device Enrollment ADE Apple Business Manager ABM Android Enterprise and Android Enrollment Experience with scripting languages especially PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks generate reports and manage large-scale deployments Implementation and management of Public and internal DNS server Monitor and optimize cloud performance cost and security Stay up to date with the latest cloud services features and best practices Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow and the ITIL Service Management Framework What we re looking for Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in cloud engineering and consulting with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 Microsoft Entra Intune and Defender Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing Intune environments Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert or Azure Solutions
