Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as Operations Executive The role demands accountability for managing raw materials and chemicals from procurement to finished goods ensuring smooth inward-outward operations cost analysis and effective inventory control Key Responsibilities Raw Material Chemical Management Oversee the entire lifecycle of raw materials and chemicals from purchase to utilization in production Ensure proper verification documentation and compliance for all inward material receipts Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams for timely availability of materials Ensure accurate accounting of raw materials issued to production and output of finished products Track batch-wise consumption yield and ensure alignment with BOM standards Prepare daily weekly and monthly MIS reports for material utilization and output Coordinate with production and stores teams for smooth workflow Qualifications Skills Education Any Graduate into API Operations and Material Handling experience Experience Minimum 1 years in pharmaceutical API manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of raw material handling inventory management and costing principles Knowledge in ERP Systems Job Type Full-time Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
