Production Management Supervise day-to-day control cable manufacturing and assembly operations on the shop floor Ensure production schedules are met with optimal resource utilization Monitor machine operations and workforce productivity Quality Control Ensure that products meet company and industry quality standards ISO TS IATF Coordinate with the QC department to address and resolve quality issues immediately Team Supervision Training Lead motivate and train production staff and operators Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with SOPs Safety Compliance Enforce health safety and environmental guidelines as per Compliance Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments Inventory Material Handling Monitor raw material consumption and ensure proper inventory levels Coordinate with stores and purchase departments for timely availability of materials Reporting Documentation Maintain daily production reports rejection reports downtime analysis and attendance logs Prepare shift-wise MIS for production and machine efficiency Continuous Improvement Participate in lean manufacturing 5S Kaizen and other process improvement initiatives Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
