Record to Report In this role the candidate is responsible for providing comprehensive accounting services for Record to Report function He she should have sound accounting knowledge with operations management He she should have managed the Intercompany team in the past with an extensive team and client window He she should have excellent client handling skills Candidate should have proven experience in process improvements and other efficient projects Responsibilities Core Operations Carries out daily and weekly interactions with the client on operational performance he she is proactively engaged in communication with the customer with regards to the team process or changes or to the issues Responsible for coordinating the process of document development necessary for accurate running of client s meetings governance Responsible for identifying and communicating with the possible risks in order to establish the most suitable action plans Follows the deadlines agreed with the dedicated client and maintains the relationship within the agreed action plan Financial Reporting o Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and cost reports o Compile and prepare analysis and reports of accounting activity and data o Prepare balance sheets profit and loss statements and other financial reports Operational Support o Provide operations with financial analysis and thorough reporting of plant metrics and Key Performance Indicators KPIs o Assist with the weekly financial estimate and work with operations to resolve variances Compliance o General Accounting Duties o Reconcile all accounts within the required timeframe and prepare all monthly bank reports o Consolidate all financial statements and ensure their accuracy Qualifications we seek in you Minimum and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s degree in accounting Finance or a related field CA CPA CMA preferred Experience Relevant years of experience in accounting RTR function Supervisory experience may be required for managerial roles Skills and or knowledge Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage vast amounts of numerical data Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Other Requirements Excellent interpersonal skills and great client management Valuable team player with positive outlook Why join Genpact Be a transformation leader -
