We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to support our Import Export Impex and Supply Chain operations The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience excellent command over Advanced Excel working knowledge of Tally ERP and a good understanding of accounting and documentation related to international trade Key Responsibilities Maintain and update MIS reports related to imports exports logistics and inventory Generate and analyze data reports to support decision-making in the supply chain team Work with procurement and logistics teams to track shipment timelines and vendor documentation Handle import export documentation including BOE shipping bills customs paperwork etc Maintain records of foreign payments duty payments and reconcile them with accounts Operate Tally ERP for day-to-day accounting entries related to impex operations Coordinate with CHA freight forwarders and internal stakeholders for timely movement of goods Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to management on critical supply chain metrics Support audits and ensure all records are well maintained and compliant Candidate Requirements Graduate in Commerce Supply Chain Logistics or related field 2-3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in Shipping Industry setup Strong hands-on experience with Advanced Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Tables Dashboarding etc Working knowledge of Tally ERP and basic accounting principles Familiar with Supply Chain documentation and processes Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines Immediate joining preferred To Apply Interested candidates may email their resume to hr sawariya in or send a message no calls please via WhatsApp to 91 83569 28375 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Advantages Food provided Provident Fund Application Question s Do you have Basic Tally Operating Knowledge Experience Documentation review 1 year Preferred
