Job Summary We are looking for a qualified and courteous Receptionist to manage the front desk at our builder s office The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients visitors and vendors ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and offering administrative support to various departments Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients visitors and vendors with a positive and professional attitude Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments Handle inquiries related to ongoing or upcoming construction or real estate projects Maintain a tidy and organized reception area Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars for the team Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed Assist in handling basic administrative tasks such as data entry filing and documentation Coordinate with internal departments such as sales engineering and site teams Support HR Admin with office event coordination and other clerical duties Qualifications and Requirements Graduate in any Proven experience as a receptionist or front office executive preferably in a construction or real estate environment Good communication skills in English Hindi and local language Proficient in MS Office Word Excel Outlook Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced office Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
