1 Quality Strategy Leadership Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive quality systems across manufacturing operations with focus on injection molding processes Ensure alignment with customer expectations company goals and applicable industry standards 2 Ownership of All Manufacturing Audits Lead and manage all types of audits including Internal audits process system product External audits ISO 9001 IATF 16949 ISO 14001 etc Customer audits Tier 1 OEM Regulatory audits Supplier audits Prepare audit schedules checklists and ensure closure of NCs non-conformities with root cause analysis and CAPA implementation Act as the audit representative and primary contact for external bodies and customer quality teams 3 Injection Molding Quality Assurance Oversee quality control for injection molding operations monitor key process parameters conduct mold validations and ensure defect-free production Conduct troubleshooting for common molding defects e g sink marks warping short shots and recommend corrective actions 4 QMS Implementation Maintenance Ensure effective implementation and upkeep of Quality Management Systems QMS in line with IATF 16949 ISO 9001 standards Control and manage QMS documentation SOPs work instructions control plans PFMEAs and checklists 5 Customer Quality Management Address customer complaints and lead structured problem-solving 8D 5Why Ishikawa Ensure timely and effective closure of customer issues and maintain excellent customer satisfaction on quality aspects 6 Supplier Quality Oversight Conduct supplier audits and evaluations Work closely with the sourcing and procurement teams to ensure incoming material quality Develop and monitor supplier improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with quality expectations 7 Team Leadership Training Lead and develop a team of quality engineers inspectors and auditors Conduct training sessions on internal auditing quality tools SPC MSA FMEA and standards compliance Build a culture of quality ownership across production and support functions 8 Quality Reporting Analysis Monitor and report KPIs such as PPM DPPM rework rate customer complaints and audit findings Use statistical tools SPC Minitab Pareto for process analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Additional Add-on Optional Internal Audit Program Ownership Design and implement an annual internal audit calendar Train internal auditors and lead periodic internal audits for process adherence Ensure proactive closure of audit findings and system improvements Job Type Full time Pay 65 000 00 - 125 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Life insurance Work Location In person
