JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title Senior Accountant Export Billings Location Panipat Experience 5 - 7 Years Salary 35K-40K per month We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant with strong expertise in export billing and documentation The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of export accounting processes statutory compliance GST TDS shipping and banking documentation related to export transactions The role requires a detail-oriented skilled who can manage complete accounts ensure accuracy in reporting and handle coordination with banks auditors and export authorities Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee export billing and documentation LCs Bills of Exchange Packing Lists Invoices etc Handle complete export accounting including shipping customs and banking requirements Reconcile export bills with bank realization certificates BRCs Prepare MIS reports related to exports receivables and outstanding payments Ensure compliance with GST TDS and other statutory requirements Liaise with banks CHA and government authorities for export-related transactions Maintain records of inward and outward remittances Assist in internal and statutory audits Monitor credit limits and follow up for timely realization of export proceeds Requirements Qualification B Com M Com CA Inter preferred Experience Minimum 5 - 7 years in accounts with specialization in export billing Strong knowledge of Tally ERP software MS Excel Thorough understanding of export documentation and compliance norms Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
