Trainer will be responsible for the delivery of pre-determined training curriculum on Management and Human Resource related topics such as Communication Skills Soft-Skills etc Assist in analyzing and assessing the application of appropriate instructional tools and strategies to accomplish and identify learning outcomes Prepare teaching materials and outlines for courses Trainer will be responsible for meeting training needs and delivering training programs based on skill gap analysis and identified needs Responsible for the administration of all assigned training groups facilities preparation and securing of training materials Requirements MBA HR Finance BTech MA English CA CS or related field preferred 3-7 years experience working in training delivery teaching or coaching experience Must possess exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple on-going priorities Excellent communication skills both written and verbal English Excellent interpersonal skills Job Type Part time Pay 2 500 00 - 5 000 00 per week Expected hours 6 - 12 per week
