COMPANY OVERVIEW Toot Mne Tech is a leading HVAC contracting firm specializing in the design installation and maintenance of heating ventilation and air conditioning systems for both commercial and residential clients We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service high-quality solutions and ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Procurement Engineer to join our dynamic team POSITION OVERVIEW As an Assistant Procurement Engineer you will support the procurement department in sourcing purchasing and managing materials equipment and services required for HVAC projects You will collaborate with project managers vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and services The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Material Sourcing Procurement Assist in sourcing HVAC materials components tools and equipment from reliable vendors and suppliers to meet project requirements Vendor Management Build and maintain relationships with suppliers negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of quality products Purchase Order Management Generate process and track purchase orders for equipment and materials required for ongoing projects Inventory Control Assist in monitoring inventory levels identify shortages and coordinate the replenishment of materials Cost Control Support efforts to control procurement costs by obtaining competitive quotes reviewing pricing structures and ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions Project Coordination Work closely with project managers and site engineers to understand material requirements and ensure seamless procurement processes for timely project execution QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Civil Engineering or a related field 0-1 years of experience in procurement or purchasing preferably within the HVAC construction or engineering industry Basic knowledge of HVAC systems components and equipment is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel Word Outlook Experience with procurement software or ERP systems is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment A proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Job Type Full-time Pay 13 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
