Job Title Quality Incharge Location Focal Point Near metro tyre Ludhiana Department Quality Assurance Experience Required Minimum 2-3 Years Industry Manufacturing Sheet Metal Industry Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Incharge with 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance within the sheet metal industry The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes ensuring that products meet industry standards and customer specifications and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing quality Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor quality control procedures for sheet metal fabrication processes Conduct inspections at various stages of production to ensure compliance with drawings tolerances and quality standards Maintain and update quality documentation such as inspection reports checklists and corrective action records Identify and investigate quality issues perform root cause analysis and coordinate corrective preventive actions Train and guide production teams on quality standards and best practices Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design production and purchase departments Ensure adherence to ISO TS standards and assist in audits internal external Handle customer complaints related to quality and ensure timely resolution Required Skills and Qualifications Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field 2-3 years of experience in a quality assurance role within a sheet metal manufacturing environment Robust understanding of sheet metal processes like laser cutting bending welding powder coating etc Familiarity with tools like Vernier calipers micrometers height gauges and other measuring instruments Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 Good analytical and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems Strong communication and reporting skills Preferred Qualifications Exposure to PPAP FMEA SPC and other quality tools Hands-on experience with 7 QC tools and lean manufacturing principles Job Type Full-time Pay 14 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
