We are currently seeking a dynamic and responsible individual to join our educational institution as a Transport Incharge The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the school s transportation system ensuring the safe and effective transportation of students to and from school and various events Responsibilities Fleet Management Supervise and manage the school s fleet of buses vans or other transport vehicles Ensure that all vehicles are well-maintained regularly serviced and comply with safety standards Route Planning Develop and optimize transportation routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation of students Plan routes to accommodate new students changes in addresses or other relevant factors Safety and Compliance Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures for students while on the school transport Ensure compliance with local traffic regulations and standards for school transportation Staff Supervision Oversee and manage the performance of drivers and attendants Conduct regular training sessions for drivers and attendants on safety protocols emergency procedures and customer service Communication Maintain effective communication with parents school administrators and transport staff Address and resolve any concerns or issues related to transportation promptly and professionally Record Keeping Maintain accurate records of student ridership routes and any incidents Prepare reports on transportation-related metrics and activities Emergency Response Develop and implement emergency response plans for transportation-related incidents Coordinate with relevant authorities in case of emergencies Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Application Question s How many years of experience you have as Transport In-charge Have you worked on School Environment What s your Current and Expected CTC How Immediate you can join us Work Location In person
