Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Senior Executive with hands-on experience in HR operations employee lifecycle management recruitment and payroll coordination The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes statutory compliance and talent acquisition contributing to a positive employee experience from manufacturing background only Key Responsibilities Employee Lifecycle Management Handle end-to-end processes including onboarding confirmations transfers exits and full final settlements HR Operations Maintain accurate employee records update HRIS data manage HR documentation and support HR audits Payroll Coordination Collate monthly payroll inputs attendance leave variable pay etc and coordinate with the Payroll Partner and Finance team for accurate and timely salary processing Recruitment Talent Acquisition Manage recruitment activities including sourcing screening scheduling interviews coordinating with hiring managers and onboarding new hires HR Documentation Reporting Prepare HR letters offer increment relieving etc generate MIS reports and support HR analytics Employee Engagement Support Assist in employee engagement initiatives training coordination and address employee queries on HR policies and benefits 70 - Operations 30 - Recruitment Cordination Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree MBA in HR or equivalent preferred 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in HR operations employee lifecycle management recruitment and payroll coordination Solid knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance Proficiency in MS Excel HRMS HRIS systems Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
