Position Hub Supervisor - Logistics Location Howrah West Bengal Vacancies 1 Languages Required Must speak Hindi English and Bengali fluently About Zorrro Zorrro is a fast-growing local delivery company that started in 2020 We ve delivered over 1 lakh orders and work with more than 150 businesses As we expand into Kolkata we are looking for hardworking and motivated people to join our team in Kolkata Role Overview This role is for people with 2-3 years of work experience who want to learn and grow in the logistics industry As a Hub Supervisor you will work mostly in the field and handle different tasks like hiring delivery partners managing deliveries solving customer issues and supporting local sales activities Your Key Responsibilities 1 Delivery Partner Management Help in hiring and training local delivery boys Teach them how to use the app and follow rules Solve their problems and keep them motivated 2 Managing Orders Make sure all orders are picked up and delivered on time Work with delivery boys and the team to fix any delivery issues Double-check the delivery details for accuracy 3 Customer Service Talk to customers and help solve order problems Keep a record of calls chats and complaints Escalate bigger issues to your senior team 4 Hub Operations Manage daily hub activities like rider attendance and delivery planning Make sure more than enough delivery partners are available and ready Keep track of performance using real-time dashboards and suggest improvements 5 Sales Support Build good relationships with shops and small businesses Bring riders according to the performance metric Promote Zorrro s services in the local market Who Can Apply Education Graduation preferred but not compulsory Skills Must speak Hindi English and Bengali Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel Good at managing people and handling multiple tasks Must be positive a quick learner and a team player Experience 2-3 years in logistics delivery or customer service work is preferred Personality Energetic and responsible Willing to work on the ground and take charge when needed What You ll Get Competitive salary Rapid career growth in a growing company Friendly and respectful work environment Join Zorrro and help shape the future of deliveries in Kolkata Job Type Full-time Experience E-commerce 2 years Preferred total work 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
