Job Title Operations Associate Experience 1-3 years Location Delhi NCR Employment Type Full-time Company Website www clumsybumsy com About Us At Clumsy Bumsy we re a fast-growing pet food brand dedicated to creating healthy fresh meals for cats Our passionate and cooperative team works hard to delight customers and their pets We re looking for a driven professional to head our logistics supply chain function ensuring smooth operations efficient distribution and strong vendor partnerships to fuel our growth Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the entire operations of the company Develop and implement new distribution strategies to optimize delivery speed cost efficiency and customer satisfaction Manage inventory end-to-end stock planning tracking and timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking Build evaluate and manage relationships with vendors suppliers and logistics partners Maintain and analyze all logistics data records and cost reports providing insights for strategic decision-making Ensure compliance with packaging labeling and quality standards for all shipments Oversee the process for returns claims and damaged products driving improvements in efficiency Identify and execute opportunities for process automation and optimization in logistics and distribution Collaborate with cross-functional teams operations finance sales and customer support to align supply chain goals with business objectives Key Requirements Any Bachelor s Degree MBA preferred Proven experience in vendor management and inventory control Strong understanding of logistics software tools MS Excel basic mathematics and data reporting Excellent analytical problem-solving and leadership skills Ability to manage teams vendors and multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment Proactive detail-oriented and committed to driving operational excellence Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
