We currently have a career prospect for a Senior Technical Consultant to join our team located India As a Senior Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating technical design implementation documentation testing deployment and support of application developed for our clients As a member working in a team environment you will take direction from solution architects and Leads on development activities Responsibilities Salesforce Service Cloud Development Develop custom solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud using Apex Visualforce and Lightning Web Components LWC Integration Development Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud and third-party applications using REST SOAP APIs Customization Configuration Customize Salesforce Service Cloud features like Case Management Omni-Channel and Service Console according to client needs Automation Implement process automation using Salesforce tools like Process Builder Flows and Workflow Rules Testing Deployment Write unit tests perform code reviews and ensure smooth deployment through Salesforce DX and change sets Performance Optimization Optimize code queries and configurations to improve system performance and scalability Collaboration Code Documentation Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document solutions ensuring clarity and alignment
