Vidyalai is an Ed-Tech startup that provides personalized learning solutions and educational products to students across the globe We cater primarily to the secondary and higher education market which includes middle school high school and college students Founded by a team of IIT Madras alumni we are one of the fastest-growing startups in India with users from more than 30 countries Description As an Academic Associate for English K12 you will be teaching one-to-one lessons online for senior secondary students across the globe for the subject English They would be from different international boards such as International Baccalaurate Cambridge Assessments etc as well as Indian boards In addition you will be creating academic content for the same Basic Qualifications Masters degree in a English Literature or similar Excellent teaching and communication skills Deep understanding and appreciation of English and international literature Robust analysis skills for literary and non-literary texts Preferred Qualifications Masters degree in English Literature or similar Prior teaching experience Candidates are required to have a laptop for this role to apply Schedule 6 days a week The work hours will be from 1 30 PM to 11 30 PM including up to 8 hours of lessons and 2 hours of breaks The time where you do not have classes can be used as you see fit Job Type Full-time Pay 260 000 00 - 480 000 00 per year Benefits Internet reimbursement Application Question s Is the compensation mentioned in line with your expectation Work Location Remote
