Logistics and E-commerce Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics and Vendor Management Executive to oversee supply chain operations vendor coordination and logistics management for our e-commerce business The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling vendor relationships ensuring smooth logistics operations and supporting overall marketplace efficiency Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end logistics operations including order fulfillment dispatch transportation and last-mile delivery Coordinate with vendors suppliers and courier partners to ensure timely procurement and distribution of products Negotiate rates contracts and service agreements with logistics and vendor partners Monitor stock movement warehouse activities and inventory control for seamless supply chain flow Ensure vendors comply with company policies quality standards and timely delivery schedules Resolve logistics issues such as delays returns damages or disputes with vendors and partners Work closely with the e-commerce operations team to optimize delivery timelines and reduce costs Track analyze and report logistics KPIs such as delivery performance TAT and vendor reliability Identify and onboard new vendors suppliers and courier partners Collaborate with cross-functional teams procurement operations and customer support to enhance efficiency Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field 2-4 years of experience in logistics supply chain or vendor management preferably in e-commerce Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills Knowledge of warehouse operations procurement and order management systems Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics management software ERP systems Strong problem-solving communication and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced energetic startup e-commerce environment Preferred Skills Experience in e-commerce logistics or marketplace vendor handling Familiarity with courier aggregators warehouse management systems and fulfillment models Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize costs and improve delivery performance Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month
