Job Title Mechanical Manager HVAC OR Plumbing Design Focus Location Mogappair Chennai Company Name TD Engineering Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Mechanical Manager with a strong background in HVAC and Plumbing design engineering The role involves managing the design coordination and execution of mechanical systems for commercial residential and industrial projects The Mechanical Manager will lead a team of engineers oversee design deliverables and ensure that all mechanical systems are designed to meet regulatory client and project requirements Key Responsibilities Design Engineering Oversight Lead the mechanical HVAC and plumbing design efforts from concept through construction documentation Review and approve mechanical designs layouts and calculations including heat load duct sizing chilled water systems ventilation drainage and water supply Ensure designs comply with international codes ASHRAE IPC NFPA etc and local regulations Manage coordination with electrical and structural teams to avoid clashes and ensure integration Experience 8-12 years of experience in HVAC OR plumbing design with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or lead role Strong experience with MEP consultancy or contracting firms Job Type Full time Pay 10 000 00 - 150 000 00 per month Work Location In person
