Key Responsibilities Supervision of Installation Oversee the installation of uPVC Aluminium doors and windows at construction sites Ensure that installations are carried out efficiently accurately and within the scheduled time frame Coordinate with installation teams and subcontractors to allocate tasks effectively Quality Control Conduct quality checks on installed uPVC doors and windows to ensure they meet company standards and client specifications Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective measures as necessary Safety Compliance Enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a protected working environment for installation teams and other workers at the site Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns immediately Material Management Coordinate the delivery of uPVC doors and windows to construction sites Ensure that all required materials are available on-site and properly stored to prevent damage or loss Client Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding installation progress scheduling and any concerns or inquiries Address client feedback and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the installation process Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of installation activities including material usage labor hours and any issues encountered Prepare regular reports on installation progress highlighting achievements challenges and areas for improvement Requirements Proven experience in the installation of uPVC doors and windows preferably in a supervisory role In-depth knowledge of uPVC installation techniques tools and materials Strong understanding of safety regulations and protocols in a construction environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with installation teams subcontractors and clients Ability to effectively manage time prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship Proficiency in basic computer applications for documentation and reporting purposes Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 3 years Preferred Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 100 Preferred Work Location In person
