We are seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities across 20 outlets The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of equipment facilities and utilities while also leading the maintenance team to deliver timely and cost-effective solutions Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all maintenance operations across 20 outlets Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests Inspect outlets regularly to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with company standards Manage and guide maintenance staff assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance Liaise with vendors contractors and suppliers for repair and service needs Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities costs and inventory Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies Provide regular reports on maintenance status and improvements needed Requirements Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role Ability to manage maintenance operations across multiple outlets 20 Strong knowledge of electrical plumbing HVAC and general repair work Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to lead a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders Willingness to travel across outlets as required Diploma Degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering or related field preferred What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Opportunity to manage a large-scale maintenance operation Dynamic work environment with career growth opportunities Job Types Full-time Permanent Perks Provident Fund
