Job description Job Opening Senior Accountant Location Andheri West Industry Manufacturing Salary 35 000 - 40 000 per month CTC Full job description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations ensuring compliance with statutory requirements managing invoicing and payments and supporting audit processes Experience in a manufacturing workplace is a strong advantage Key Responsibilities - Maintain and review books of accounts file bills challans and financial documents Manage and reconcile petty cash transactions Handle Day to Day Company Trust Accounts Handle sales and purchase invoice entries in Tally ERP and generate E-Way Bills Coordinate with stock manager for inventory updates and stock management in Tally Prepare weekly outstanding statements for vendors and customers follow up on receivables Support internal and external auditors with required documentation Calculate monthly salaries and prepare payroll statements in coordination with PF ESIC consultants Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns GST 3B TDS and other statutory compliances Oversee and support junior accounts team and office support staff Coordinate documentation for banking and financial compliance Prepare financial reports and ensure all accounting tasks are completed accurately and on schedule Handle month-end year-end closures and ensure accurate reporting Oversee tax filings including TDS income tax etc Support budgeting and forecasting with variance analysis Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field 5 years of experience in accounting at least 3 years in a senior role Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations Excellent attention to detail analytical and communication skills Ability to lead a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Master s degree in Accounting Finance or equivalent Prior experience in the manufacturing sector Job Types Full-time Permanent Salary 35 000 - 40 000 per month CTC Work Location In person Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
