As a Store Assistant at Raison Automation and Controls India Private Limited you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store including material inward and outward activities managing stock levels and ensuring that all materials are arranged and dispatched accurately and on time This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage and maintain a well-organized store environment Key Position Accountabilities Material Inward Supervising the receipt of materials ensuring that all goods are checked for quality and quantity as per the purchase orders Loading and Unloading of Materials Coordinating and supervising the loading and unloading activities to ensure that materials are handled safely and efficiently Materials Arrangements Against Sales Order Organizing and arranging materials in the store based on sales orders to ensure quick and accurate dispatch Dispatch of Materials Managing the dispatch process ensuring that materials are packed labeled and shipped to customers as per schedule Monthly Stock Checking Conducting monthly stock checks to verify inventory levels and report any discrepancies Maintaining Delivery Challans DCs Keeping accurate records of Delivery Challans DCs whenever materials are taken from the store Maintaining the Store Ensuring the store is well-maintained clean and organized to facilitate smooth operations Maintaining Minutes of Meeting MOM Recording and maintaining the Minutes of Meeting MOM for any store-related meetings to ensure proper documentation and follow-up on action items Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 66 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Required Experience Store management 1 year Required Work Location In person
