Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our export team In this role you will be responsible for engaging with international and domestic clients via phone and email sharing product quotations following up on inquiries and supporting the sales process to drive business growth The ideal candidate is proactive well-organized and has excellent communication skills with a flair for closing deals Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote our export products and services Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product information and quotations Follow up with clients regarding offers queries and sales orders Maintain robust relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships Coordinate with internal departments sales logistics production to ensure timely delivery and service Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM systems with relevant information Achieve monthly quarterly sales targets and KPIs Stay updated with product knowledge pricing and market trends Handle client objections and negotiate pricing when necessary Assist in preparing sales reports and market feedback for management Requirements Proven experience in telesales inside sales or customer service export or B2B environment preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills in English additional languages are a plus Basic knowledge of export documentation and procedures is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools Ability to work independently and in a team Strong organizational and time-management skills A customer-first attitude with a problem-solving mindset Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing International Trade or related field Familiarity with international trade terms Incoterms shipping procedures and global markets Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 77 - 22 000 00 per month Language English Required Hindi Preferred Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
