Job description Navees Infotech is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Manager The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement Website www naveesinfotech com Key Responsibilities 1 Design develop and Post creative content for Instagram Facebook LinkedIn and youtube for company as well as company s clients 2 Design original graphics animations reels and video content for social platforms Instagram Facebook LinkedIn YouTube etc 3 Edit and repurpose content for different platforms formats Reels carousels stories banners etc 4 Ensure brand consistency in tone style and aesthetics across all social media materials 5 Develop Design and execute tailored social media strategies for various clients and internal brands 6 Create and manage paid ad campaigns including ad copy targeting and visual assets for various clients and internal brands 7 Plan and maintain content calendars across multiple accounts ensuring timely and strategic posts 8 Lead the end-to-end execution social media strategy across Instagram LinkedIn Facebook YouTube and more Requirements Bachelor s degree in any field 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing Solid knowledge of major social platforms and their best practices Proficiency in tools like Canva Hootsuite Meta Business Suite Google Analytics etc Excellent communication skills and creativity Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly Working mode Mohali - work from Home Shift 12PM to 9PM Working days Mon to Sat Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
