Job Title Sales Tender Manager Location Mohali Job Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive for selling the Gym Equipment Physiotherapy equipment and Sports Equipment to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads building relationships with clients and driving sales of gym and fitness equipment to government and semi-government sectors including police and army organizations including sports sector and a wellness sector Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research networking and relationship-building Lead the tendering process including developing and submitting tenders proposals and presentations Build and maintain relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing product development and operations Analyze market trends competitor activity and customer needs to inform sales and tendering strategies Develop and manage sales forecasts reports and metrics Understanding the needs and requirements of government sector authorities Requirements Proven experience in sales preferably in gym equipment sports equipment or fitness-related products Strong network and understanding of government procurement processes GEM tenders etc Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for fitness and sales Ability to travel as required for client meetings and demonstrations Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Sports Management or a related field Prior experience dealing with police army or institutional clients Knowledge of fitness equipment specifications and usage If you are a motivated sales qualified with a passion for fitness and business development we would love to hear from you Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Language English Preferred Work Location In person
