Job Title Skilled Leather Craft Worker Location Lattice Lane White Tusker Studios Bangalore Employment Type Full-Time Company Overview At Lattice Lane and White Tusker we blend timeless craftsmanship with modern design We specialize in high-end leather goods and seek passionate artisans who value quality detail and creativity We are looking for a Skilled Leather Craft Worker who is highly experienced in working with various types of leather to produce luxury handcrafted items This role requires a deep understanding of leather materials precision workmanship and a keen eye for detail Key Responsibilities Design cut shape dye and stitch leather to produce custom leather goods including bags wallets belts accessories etc Handle various types of leather such as full-grain top-grain suede and exotic hides Use both traditional handcraft tools and modern machinery to achieve precision finishes Repair refurbish or modify existing leather items when required Collaborate with designers and production heads to interpret product designs into final leather goods Maintain quality standards and adhere to safety protocols in the workshop Required Skills Qualifications Proven experience minimum 3-5 years in qualified leather crafting Expertise in hand-stitching edge finishing embossing and leather tooling Ability to work with different leather materials and understand their unique properties High attention to detail accuracy and craftsmanship Strong time-management and ability to meet production deadlines Team player with good communication skills Preferred Qualifications Formal training or certification in leather craft is a plus Prior experience in working with fashion or lifestyle brands Salary Competitive and based on experience Start Date Immediate Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 34 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
