We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Medical Representative to promote our proprietary Ayurvedic medicines and treatment protocols to Ayurvedic practitioners general physicians and relevant healthcare professionals in Bengaluru and surrounding areas Key Responsibilities Promote Ayurvedic products and treatment solutions offered by Padaav to doctors and health practitioners Build and maintain solid relationships with Ayurvedic doctors pharmacies wellness centers and hospitals Organize CMEs product demonstrations and training sessions for local practitioners Ensure availability of samples promotional material and literature at all key touchpoints Achieve monthly sales and visit targets Collect and relay feedback from the field to the central team Submit daily call reports and maintain doctor call records through digital tools or manual formats Represent the organization ethically and professionally in the field Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in any field B Sc B Com BAMS preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in Ayurvedic or pharmaceutical sales Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills Basic understanding of Ayurveda and heath will be an advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
