Job Summary The Factory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the manufacturing unit ensuring optimal productivity quality and safety The role involves managing production teams ensuring timely delivery maintaining machinery and implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs Key Responsibilities Plan coordinate and monitor all manufacturing operations Ensure production targets and delivery timelines are met efficiently Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs Supervise and lead the production team including operators and workers Ensure optimal use of available resources manpower machinery materials Monitor plant machinery and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely servicing and repairs Maintain a secure working environment by enforcing health and safety procedures Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to labor safety and workplace Prepare production reports and report performance to senior management Identify training needs and ensure skill development of workers and staff Implement lean manufacturing practices and cost-saving initiatives Coordinate with procurement inventory sales and logistics departments for smooth workflow Key Skills Competencies Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Familiarity with quality control standards and safety regulations Basic knowledge of ERP software for production management Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Industrial Engineering or related field Need minimum 2-3 years experience experience in interior field Prior experience in a supervisory role is essential Exposure to lean manufacturing and ISO standards is an advantage Strong knowledge in CNC Machines Boring Edge Banding Cutting and Beam saw Familiar with BIESSE HOMAG WOOD TECH Machines is plus Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Work Location In person
