Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements related to diagnostic centers Familiarity with medical terminologies and diagnostic procedures Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients staffs and medical superintendents Supervise and coordinate the administrative activities of the diagnostic center including managing scheduling appointment booking and patient registration processes Monitor and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures including maintaining confidentiality of patient information and complying with relevant regulatory requirements Collaborate with the diagnostic center staff to develop and implement productive administrative systems workflows and processes to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction Coordinate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care including scheduling appointments coordinating tests and procedures and managing patient records Prepare and analyze reports on key performance indicators such as patient wait times appointments cancellations and staff productivity and provide recommendations for improvement Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Client Management 1 year Required total work 2 years Required Marketing 2 years Required Work Location In person
